Marjorie Jacobsen Hinds
I am Marj Hinds, Sue’s oldest sister. I have so many wonderful memories of her going back to her very early years.. Some favorite memories of our times together were the weekends we spent at Women of Faith Conferences in Portland. She and I shared sisterhood in the family of Christ as well as being biological sisters. We referred to each other as sister-sister, and always signed cards and letters with SS in front of our names. I never would have dreamed that my “baby” sister would be the first of us to leave this world. I will miss her, but I celebrate the fact that she is now free from all of her pain, her pain from MS and then brain cancer. Absent from the body; present with the Lord! Love you forever Sue!
