Nancy has been a member of the Oregon City Baha'i community since the time she became a Baha'i. Through the many years of our ups and downs in activity, Nancy has made efforts to be steadfast and support Baha'u'llah's call for the New World Order, here in Oregon City. Naturally quiet and unassuming, Nancy opened her home to Feasts and devotions. At times of great courage and for love of Baha'u'llah she would stretch herself to serve in ways such as leading children's classes, speaking out in meetings, and going to large conventions.I find that my greatest solace during this time of missing our dear friend, Nancy, is that she will continue to support and encourage our efforts in Oregon City from the Abha Kingdom. May we arise as she had, stretching beyond our comfort levels and find simple ways to respond to Baha'u'llah's call.
