One of my fondest memories of Mikey, was when we went to an all-day music festival. I knew he played guitar, but I didn’t realize how much of musician he really was. One of the early bands was a two-piece acoustic guitar set. Within 10 seconds of them playing Mike said ‘His guitar is out of tune and it’s killing me!’ We started talking about playing guitar and he encouraged me to start playing again, which I have done recently. My biggest regret is not picking it up earlier and jamming with him.
