I was heartbroken to hear about Carlos's passing. My deepest condolences go out to you and your family during this incredibly difficult time.
Carlos was more than just a colleague; he was a truly special friend. For over 12 years, working alongside him in the Bay Area was a genuine pleasure. I'll always remember his incredible sense of humor—he had a way of lighting up any room and making even the toughest days feel a little brighter. His zest for life was infectious, and he approached everything with such enthusiasm.
Beyond that, Carlos was a man of remarkable kindness and generosity. He was always willing to lend a hand or offer a word of encouragement, and his integrity was unwavering. I truly admired those qualities in him. And of course, I'll never forget his love for baseball and the SF Giants. We shared many conversations and laughs about the team.
Carlos will be tremendously missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. He left an indelible mark on so many of us, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have called him my friend.
He'll always be in my thoughts... Rest in peace my friend! 🙏
