William H. Chambers' Obituary
William H. Chambers passed away Sunday evening February 15, 2015 after a valiant 5-month battle with a brain tumor. For nearly all that time he had good reason to expect he could win the battle due to the excellent but strenuous treatments he chose. When his condition suddenly worsened and he became aware that no more treatment was possible, he accepted in without complaint from the beginning. His family was privileged to care for him at home for the week of his rapid and painless decline, with a lot of support from friends and Hospice. He had his welcome release on Sunday evening Feb.15. The family is greatly sustained through the prayers and kindnesses of hundreds of friends and especially knowing that our separation will not be forever because of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.Bill graduated from OCHS '51, Multnomah Biblical University, University of California at Riverside MA, took numerous other courses and passed the U.
