Uncle Bill was so much fun. He always had a big smile that I will never forget. I really respected him. In some ways he was like a father figure to me. When I was a kid, I learned about filing taxes when he was going over that with one of his daughters. He was the best uncle ever, and I loved him a lot.
I will always remember his easy smile and humor. A star that shined. Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend. Cathy’s son, his wife, and her grandchild are traveling from the east coast to stay with us and visit. Our hearts are with all.🌺
I remember when the Owens girls were little and we went to your house and "Santa" made an appearance in full costume. Funny how he resembled Uncle Bill! I said something like he made a good Santa and he gave me "The Look" because we were within earshot of the girls! I quickly clammed up.
