Stanley Alvin Strahm's Obituary
Stan was born in Portland, Oregon to Joseph and Ruby Strahm April 28, 1938. He passed away peacefully in his home on Wednesday, September 29, 2021, with his wife Barbara and daughters Debra Perrin, Denise Tischler, Diane Hamman, and Donna Strahm at his side. Stan graduated From OCHS in 1956 and worked as a machinist until his retirement. Stan and Barbara were married in 1959 and would have celebrated 62 years together on October 3rd. He loved farming cows, hunting, fishing and woodworking. He is survived by his wife Barbara, 4- daughters Debbie Perrin, Denise Tischler, Diane Hamman, and Donna Strahm. 3-sons-in-law, Calvin Perrin, Doug Tischler and Gary Hamman. 4-grandchildren Timothy Perrin, Stephen Perrin, Joshua Hamman and Sarah Hamman, and great-granddaughter Lucy Perrin.Funeral Mass to be held on Friday, October 8, at 11:00 AM at St. John the Apostle Catholic Church in Oregon City, preceded by a Rosary at 10:30 AM.
