Ralph Clifford Miller Jr.,87, of Oregon City, passed away Thursday, March 21, 2019. He was Born in Oregon on October 24th, 1931 to parents Ralph Sr. and Margaret Miller. He had one brother Eddie and Sisters Bonnilyn and Myrna.
He served in the ARMY early in life and settled his family in Oregon. He worked at the local paper mills in Oregon City and West Linn for many years and even owned and operated his own shingle mill. He spent his free time hunting and fishing with friends and family in central Oregon and staying at his home away from home, 3rivers. If there was one thing that was true of him, It was that he was there when people needed him. From using his mechanical abilities to get a car going or using his Carpentry abilities to build a structure for a friend/family member he would do it. He lived life his way and by his rules.
He was preceded in death by his daughter Laurie Jo Hoffman. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Shirley Anne Miller, and his son, Jake Miller. He also leaves behind 3 grandchildren Tim, Gary and Ariana, 6 great-grand children and one great-great grandchild.
