Ralph graduated from Ipswich High School in 1943. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1943-1945 in the North Pacific area during World War II. He worked in the logging and heavy equipment business for over 30 years. Ralph also worked with his wife in grocery and motel management for about 11 years and before he retired they worked as caretakers for a funeral home. Ralph will always be remembered for his quick wit, work ethic, his love for dance and music, his beautiful writing and his everlasting love and devotion to his wife, family and friends. He was most certainly a man of honor. He will be truly missed.
