Summary:
Yari was born in Los Angeles, California on February 15, 1993, and left us too soon at the age
of 30 on December 18, 2023. Yari was loved deeply and completely. She was a lover by nature
and cared so much for everyone. Yari loved children and was so good with kids. She would
spend her days entertaining her two nieces Bella and Amara. She didn’t just make friends; she
made family. There wasn’t a person that didn’t want to know Yari. Despite going through so
much hardship throughout her life, so many years of medical struggles, and weeks in and out of
the hospital, Yari was kind. She was alive and lived her life as fully as she could. The life of the
party through and through, there was never a dance floor she wasn’t ready for. She brought the
party everywhere she went. There are no words to explain the hurt this loss has caused. Yari
will continue to live forever in our memories, in the stories we tell, and in our hearts.
We love you, Yari.
