(Ruby) Marcine Hansen December 9, 1927 to March 6, 2014Born in Oregon City, Oregon to Charles and Julia Weismandel. Preceded in death by her husband Del Hansen, who she married May 6, 1949. Also sisters, Marvel (Lester) Jensen, Oregon City and recently Daphne Wheeler (Warren), McMinnville. Survived by daughter Julie Burton (Gary), Bellingham and grandchildren Chris Mobley, Galesburg, MI, Greg Wilkes Jr., Portland, Aaron Wilkes (Nicole), Tacoma, WA, April Arnold (Travis), Federal Way, WA, and (by marriage) Mackenzie Burton, Winlock. Also 4 great grandchildren, Zack, Luke and Samatha Mobley, and Alijah Wilkes.Marcine loved flowers and plants and had a real "green thumb". She loved working outdoors in her gardens, often side by side with her husband Del. She was an excellent baker, known for her scrumptious pies and deserts, She volunteered later in life at the Hillsboro Bloodmobile and participated in local church activities. She was raised in the Oregon City area, lived in Tillamook from 1966 until 1978, and has been living in her Hillsboro home until the present. Marcine was a unique individual who will be remembered by many.
