Did we all go on to Gaffney Lane? [I was there k-2]
Joe, I pray you are in the hands of our Heavenly Father, free from any pains of life, looking down upon your loved ones and those of us who've loved you.Your loss is tearing my heart apart.Despite the many years gone since we've seen one another, I knew that I could count on you to bring a smile to my face, a warmth to my soul, and laughter so great as to cause belly aches!I knew you'd be a friend for life~thank you for that. It really meant so much to m and I'd bet you never even knew.Joe, you were a bright light in not only my life but in many other lives, too.Now that you are on the other side and the truth of life's mysteries have been revealed, I ask you, if possible, please help us see the truth, to seethat which we need to see, so that just as you have, we too can bring joy, happiness and laughter to another. Rest forevermore, peacefully in His loving hands.
We met in 1st grade. You were in my daily life for longer than not. I will always love you, brother.
So sorry to hear this Rogers family. As one of the kids growing up by Hillendale Park, I used to hang out with Nathan and Joe. I remember Joe always having the best sense of humor and making us laugh. RIP my friend. Gary Hoffman
