I and others have lost a dear friend, but even more, someone has lost a loving Husband, Son and Brother. Unfortunately, I will not be able to be there today as you are laid to rest, but you are in my thoughts my friend. All that knew Joe can take solace in knowing that even though he left us way to young, he lived a good and full life. He was able to travel the world, and had a loving wife for so many years. I never told Joe this, but of all the people I played football against in our younger days, he was always the toughest guy I had ever had to cover in a game (okay, now Joe has his big grin on his face). Well have to play football again someday bud.
I have great memories of our friendship. Thanks for the great advice you gave my kids when you came to visit. It was very timely. ;)
Joe, You and Traci were alway's there for me for support through my trying times and an exceptional friend as is Traci, it was great being in your presence to witness your innocence of majestic mastery. As termed, one of the gentle giants, that you were, and you are so going to be missed. I hope we meet again :-)
Joe,We are missing our cruise buddy, karaoke master, BBQ chef and Elvis King. In total shock over losing our dear friend. With tears in our eyes we reluctantly say goodbye . Until we meet again, sing us a song in heaven for we will hear it down here. Always in our hearts and thoughts, we miss you, Karen and Gordy

Joe, we deeply miss you already. You were a great friend, our cruise buddy, our concert pal, our #1 karaoke guy who had a great voice, our favorite Elvis impersonator, Traeger master, the one we loved and laughed with and so much more to us. I'm so glad that we were able to see you at your birthday party and we were looking forward to seeing you at the concert but you left us the day before. It is so hard to not cry as you were such a wonderful man and we love and miss you. It is a complete shock to us that you left this world so soon and unexpectedly and my condolences go out to your family.
