Jeffrey David Burlew was born in Syracuse, New York on January 21, 1969 to David and Patricia (Moshy) Burlew. Jeff passed in Portland, Oregon on August 20, 2023. He is survived by wife, Tonya Burlew, son Tyler Burlew, Daughter in Law ; Sarah Schuh , brothers Adam Burlew and Jason Burlew . Niece JoAnna Albright nephew Dexter Albright, Sister in law, Francine Albright, and Brother in law, Kevin Albright
