Jason Earl Jaques' Obituary
It is with broken hearts and deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Jason Jaques, a cherished son, brother, and father, who left us far too soon. Jason, who was 38 years old, passed away on May 20, 2025 from complications of epilepsy.
From a young age, Jason showed a kind heart, a sharp mind, and a generous spirit. Whether it was through his words, his laughter, or his gentle support, he had a way of making everyone around him feel seen and valued. He loved deeply and lived fully, and in doing so, gave his family and friends the greatest gift of all - himself.
Jason was a natural at making friends wherever he went. His warm smile and generous heart made him someone everyone could count on, whether it was for a listening ear, a helping hand, or a kind word when needed most.
Professionally, Jason was the manager of BJ Door Manufacturing, a family business that he helped to grow with hard work and dedication for the past twenty years. He was known for his innovative business practices, strong work ethic and his ability to lead by example. Jason's presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of working alongside him.
Jason was a devoted father to his twin daughters, Emily and Lily, who were the light of his life. He poured love and energy into creating memories and building a bond with them that will never be broken. He loved them fiercely, and his devotion to them was evident in everything he did. As a brother, Jason was kind, protective, and his sister's best friend. As a son, he was a source of pride, joy, and unwavering positivity.
Jason was the very heart of our family— the one who brought us together, made us laugh the hardest, and love the deepest. His presence filled every room with warmth, light, and purpose. He was the bond that held us close, the joy that lifted our spirits, and the strength that quietly carried us through hard times.
He is survived by his loving parents, Dan and Kim, his sister Amy, twin daughters Emily and Lily and a large extended family who adore him beyond measure. The void left by his passing is immense, but the love he gave us will remain, guiding us, holding us, and reminding us that we were forever blessed to call him ours.
He was our everything. And now, he is our angel.
May you rest in peace, Jas. You will be forever loved and never forgotten.
A celebration of Jason's life will be held on August 9, 2025, at 3:00 PM, where friends and family can come together to honor his memory. Please contact Amy Jaques at (503) 799-4735 for further details.
