James David Isbell's Obituary
James David Isbell of Canby, OR passed away Friday, November 27th at the age of 80. He was born to David & Geneva Isbell March 31, 1935 in Atwood, Oklahoma. James was the middle of three children. The memory of James lives on in his wife Doris, his brother Henry, 3 children, 5 step-children, 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. A long-time resident of the Gladstone/Milwaukie area, James retired from Crown Zellerbach paper mill in West Linn in 1990 after 38 years. James was a family man that loved working on cars, fishing and driving sand buggies at the dunes. His funeral will be held at 12 noon on Friday, December 4th at the Oregon City Nazarene Church, 716 Taylor St., Oregon City, OR 97045. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you donate to charity on behalf of James.
