Jim was a couple of years ahead of me in school, yet we saw quite a bit of each other since we shared a lot of the same friends and our older brothers (Gene and Larry) were best friends. Jim was always a gentleman and had a heart of gold. Although I haven't seen Jim in many years, he always will be remembered fondly.
