James B. Caldwell, Jr. was born March 1 , 1927 in Oregon City and passed away peacefully December 30, 2015. Jim is survived by his older brother John C. Caldwell; his wife of 64 years, Patricia (Husband); four children: Constance Siebenrock, Donald Caldwell, Susan Hart and Barbara Prueitt; 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Funeral service at 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 23 at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Oregon City. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorial donations to the Rose Villa Foundation, 13505 SE River Rd., Portland, OR 97222. Arrangements by Holman-Hankins-Bowker & Waud.
