Irene Doris Zuercher "Ike"

She was born Feb. 11, 1934. She was 81 years, 9 months and passed of natural causes on November 14, 2015. She was born at her mom and dad's house. She is survived by her sister Donna Ganceda, Son Richard Glen Zuercher, daughter Kim Michele Vachter, and daughter Kerry Lyn Wreen.
Irene worked at Seid's restaurant in downtown Oregon City for 29 years. At the age of 56 she went to work for the Oregon City High School as a custodian for 7 more years retiring at 64. Then she worked part time at the Ranch Tavern until age 66.
Christmas was her favorite time of year. A celebration of her life will be held at 12:00PM on Saturday, December 5, 2015 at the Gladstone Mobile Home Park Rec Room. 19605 River Rd, Gladstone, Oregon. Everyone is invited in honoring Ilene Doris Zuercher. She was very loved by her family and friends and she loved her family and friends as well. Donations can be made to the Crohn's Foundation. She will be in our hearts forever.
