Our beloved daughter, sister, and friend passed away suddenly June 29 2016. Loving, kind, with an infectious laugh. Heidi grew up in the Milwaukie Oak Grove area. She graduated from Rex Putnam high school. She became a 911 dispatcher for Clark County and as a dispatcher for US Off-track Betting where she met lots of friends. Generous, quick witted, with a wicked sense of humor. She often put the needs of others before her own.
Heidi is survived by her father Everett (Mike) Garoutte & step mother Joan Garoutte. Mother Hilda Wood (Bass) & step father Weldon Wood, and her loving brother Gordon Michael Garoutte, Auntie Jo Hodges, and Auntie Dee Douglas. We love and miss you Heidi.
