Beloved husband, father, and grandfather, Glen was born in Yakima, WA to Mildred (Moritz) and Theodore "Tony" Richards. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Carol (Donovan), three children, Michael, Patrick (Marcie), Jaclyn Bennett (David), four delightful granddaughters, Ryleigh, Jaden, Sammy, Jordyn and his sister, Lynn Hall.
He graduated in civil engineering and spent most of his life in the Portland area at Oregon-Washington Culvert Co.
Glen enjoyed life and never met a stranger for long. He loved meeting and talking to people and wore a big smile as a rule! He will truly be missed.
