George L Garcia passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 12, 2018, in Portland, Oregon. He was born May 18, 1943, in Reedley, California. George was a hard-working, loving and caring individual who was adored by his family, friends, and all who knew him. He will be deeply missed. He is predeceased by his parents, his brothers, and grandson. George is survived by his wife, children, sister, grandchildren, and extended family members.
