Genevieve Ann LaCesa's Obituary
Genevieve Ann LaCesa 87, born November 4, 1928. March 5, 2016 of Wilsonville, Oregon passed away with her family by her side. Genevieve was born November 4, 1928 to Carmen, and Cesidia LaCesa in Chicago, Illinois. Genevieve moved to Wilsonville Oregon with her mother after 30 years of services at the V.A. Hospital in Sepulveda, California.
Genevieve was a dedicated nurse and manager. She was very active in her community and the Saint Vincent De Paul Society at the Resurrection Catholic Parish. She was the catalyst behind the annual family spaghetti dinner at the parish, that continued for a number of years.
Genevieve is survived by her brother Guido LaCesa, sister in-law Bonnie, 2 nieces, 1 nephew, 6 great nieces, a great nephew, a great great nephew, and a great great niece.
A celebration of life will be held on April 28th at 11:00AM at the Resurrection Catholic Parish in Tualatin, Oregon. The rosary will be recited at 10:30AM prior to the mass.
