Hello, My name is Sadie Jackson, I am Elema's granddaughter. She was such a wonderful person. Unfortunately I had to suffer through her death on my 12th birthday June,22nd,2013. I love my grandma very much and I always will. She was just a great person. I loved her because she was nice to everyone, she was always worried even when she should not be. She loved her family and her friends. She was not too fond of my dog Domino but he sure did love her. As alot of people have said to me, "make your birthday a day to celebrate the memories you had with her (Elema)" Or "Your birthday is the day you got an angel in heaven" And grandma they are right I got to know an angel for Six years! Elema was a wonderful caring woman. I lived next door to her for a few years and during this time I was a single mom of three small children. She helped me through so many things and was always there to listen to me and talk with me. My favorite memories were when her and I stayed up late and watched movies together. One time she decided we should have a drink and sent me for vodka grapefruit juice and salt. I had my first what she told me was a "salty dog" sometimes we would watch movies tell 5 am I will miss her very much she was a kind loving woman.

Today is January 24, 2019. On June 22nd it will be my 18th birthday, and it will be 6 years since my amazing grandmother has passed away. I miss her so dearly much. She is always on my mind, and always in my heart. You are my sunshine grandma. I love you so dearly much. I miss you more than ever. I wish you were still here with me. In July I am expecting a little baby, and I just wish my grandma could be here for that. I know she would've loved it to pieces. Grandma, I love you and I will never forget you, nor do I ever want to. You were and always will be my best friend. I hope you're resting in love. Give grandpa a hug for me, and tell Elvis I say hello.
