Douglas Ramsey Costley's Obituary
On Thursday, April 11, 2019, Douglas Ramsey Costley passed away at the age of 65. Douglas was born to Myron George Costley and Bernice Ramsey Costley, April 25, 1953, at the Oregon City Hospital. Douglas loved animals andmotorcycles. He was kind and compassionate. Douglas is survived by his sister, Charlotte Sunderland, brother-in-law, Peter M. Sunderland, Barnes Ellis and God parents, Molly Ellis, John Cleland MD, and Donald Cleland MD, and several wonderful cousins and friends. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Remembrances may be made to the National Alliance on Mental Illness or the Humane Society of Oregon.
