DOROTHY SWENSON, SUTTER
6/2/1924 - 7/19/2018
Dorothy was born at home in Pittsfield, Maine to Bernard and Mildred Kenniston. She had a brother Malcolm and a sister Muriel.
After her mother passed away she moved to Milwaukie, Oregon and lived with her Aunt and Uncle Cockell. She graduated from
St Mary's of the Valley High School in Beaverton.
Dorothy married Leon Swenson in 1943 and when Leon was discharged from the Army, he returned to Dorothy and a new baby girl
Ann, which was followed by Judy, Linda and Debra. They raised their four girls on a rural farm in Oregon City. Dorothy has eight Grandchildren and many Great Grandchildren. She was greatly loved by all. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Judes Children's Hospital in her memory.
