Colleen Virginia Hogan's Obituary
Colleen Virginia Hogan 1949-2020 (age 70) Hogan, Colleen Virginia 70 passed away February 18th, 2020 surrounded by love after a long battle with a chronic illness. Colleen was born June 9th, 1949 in Washington, D.C to Felicia Farnese, and moved to San Diego as a young child. She frequented Balboa Park and found solitude riding the antique carousel. In her early teens she moved to Medford, Oregon and graduated from Crater High School in 1967. Shortly afterward she married Rube Clay "RC" Kinney and they adopted a son, George. They later divorced and by 1978 she married the love of her life, Robert "Bob" Hogan. Colleen and Bob moved to Portland in 1979, where she was in Real Estate until she found a career working 20 years for JG Jones Property Management. She started as a bookkeeper and worked her way up to Vice President before venturing out on her own forming Asset Management LLC. Colleen is survived by her children George Kinney (Sarah), Richard Hogan (Christina), Katy Hogan, 6 grandchildren Oliver, Bella, Savannah, Parker, Myles, Gabby and her beloved dog Jake. Colleen and Bob successfully blended their families and in their minds and heart all of their children and grandchildren were loved equally. She will be missed greatly. A Celebration of life will be held March 28th 3pm-7pm at the American Legion 2146 Monroe Ave Milwaukie,Oregon.
