Charles was born in Far Rockaway, Queens New York. He was preceded in death by his wife Carmella of 59 years. Charles is survived by his two sons, Charles Jr. & William, 5 grandchildren & 3 great grandchildren. He served in World War 11 and will be interred at Willamette National cemetery. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 19th at Holman -Hawkins-Bowker & Waud, funeral home, Oregon City. Reception Following.
