Bill Cool 8/5/1960-3/14/16
Bill was born in Portland on August 5th 1960 to Bill and Jordyce Cool. After graduating from Lebanon High School in 1978 he briefly attended Oregon State University before finding his true passion in the car business and eventually opening his own company Bilton Investments.
In 1993 he married the love of his life Tonya Venator and they settled in West Linn where they raised their two children Ryan and Haley. Besides cars Bill loved poker, hunting, restoring old tractors and collecting automotive memorabilia.
After a six month battle with cancer Bill passed away on March 14th. He is survived by his wife Tonya, his son Ryan, his daughter Haley and his future daughter-in-law Becca Zilk. He's also survived by his mother Jordyce Cool, his mother-in-law Lucy Graue, his sister and brother-in-law Barb and Brian Olson, his sister and brother-in-law Carolyn and Mark Gangewer, his brother and sister-in-law Jim and Lori Cool, and numerous other family members and friends.
A celebration of Bill's life will be held on Saturday March 26th from 2:30 to 5 pm at Ainsworth House. The address is 19130 Lot Whitcomb Drive, Oregon City, OR. In lieu of flowers please consider donating to the nonprofit hospice Oregon Care Partners.
