Bethelyn Marie (Ulrich) Garvison August 6, 1942 – March 12, 2026
Bethelyn “Beth” Garvison passed away on March 12, 2026, at the age of 83, and went peacefully home to be with the Lord. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose presence brought warmth, humor, and strength to those around her. Beth is survived by her husband Jim Garvison, Jr., her three sons Jim Garvison III, Jeff Garvison, Michael Garvison and her daughter Jodi Gelder, nine grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren. Her family was the center of her life, and she took great pride in staying connected and involved in each of their lives. She spent many years working as a horse show secretary, a role she truly enjoyed and where she built lasting friendships within the community. Beth loved to travel and created meaningful memories with her family along the way. She was kind, funny, and deeply caring—someone who made sure the people she loved always knew it. “We invite you to join us as we celebrate her life on April 25 at 1:00 PM at Oregon City Evangelical Church. Your presence would mean so much to our family.” A dessert fellowship will follow the service.
