Obituary for Arlepha Arlene (Aydelott) McNulty
Arlepha Arlene (Aydelott) McNulty was born in Yuma,
Colorado on November 30, 1928 to Fred and Alpha
Aydelott.
Her family moved to San Diego, California and then to
Salem, Oregon where she graduated from North Salem
High School. Her first job was as a bookkeeper for Ladd
and Busch Bank in Salem.
Arlepha taught for many years in Coos Bay, Oregon after
earning a Bachelor of Arts in Education at Monmouth,
Oregon and a Master of Arts in Education at Southern
Oregon College of Education in Ashland, Oregon.
Jesus, her friend and Savior, called her to her heavenly
home on Thursday, May 21, 2015. Arlepha will be missed
by those who knew her. She is survived by her sisters,
Eldene Cook and Judy Steelhammer and two brothers,
Boyd and Dwight Aydelott. Many nieces, nephews, and
friends also mourn her passing. She was preceded in
death by her husband, Rufe McNulty, her parents and
brother, Alvin Aydelott and his wife, Ruth.
Graveyard services for Arlepha will be held on May
28, 2015 at 1PM at the Adams Cemetery in Mollala, Oregon.
