Just found out that Al passed away last year. Al and I were best friends during optometry school. We were part of the older group of students, many who were married and who often got together. Al often called me during the evening to review the day’s events. My condolences to Terry, their children and grandchildren. May his memory be a blessing.
Al was my oldest dear friend. We met in kindergarten and remained really close friends I remember us playing baseball in a friend's yard, football in the street, & going to dances where he and the band were playing. Was in DeMolay. with him for awhile.Oh the fun times we had in his old blue Ford station wagon! You will be missed my friend!!

I worked with AL Dr.Ahlgrim at Vista Opticsal ,
We then became friends outside of work. AL was a great guy with Integrety. He was alot of fun, and The stories I could tell. We will miss Al but blessed to have known him.
