Patricia Jeanne Ramsour

January 17, 1933 - December 27, 2018

Patricia Jeanne (Hayward) Ramsour 1/17/33-12/27/18 Patricia died peacefully in her sleep at the age of 85. Patricia was proceeded in death by her sister Phillis Burgess, husband Randall Ramsour and son John Ramsour. Patricia was born in Gladstone Oregon, growing up she enjoyed attending Gladstone Christian Church, swimming in the Clackamas River and playing sports.  An Oregon City native, she spent her time painting, sewing, gardening, baking and raising three children.  She was very involved in her children's activities such as being a den mother and volunteering at school.  Later in life she enjoyed art classes, photography and especially antiquing with friends.  For many years Patricia was active in the American Legion and other veteran's charities.   In her community, she enjoyed sharing her knowledge of local history.  Always a nature lover, she spent many years of her retirement with her husband on the Nehalem River at their vacation home.  The Oregon Coast was her favorite destination where they spent Summers, Manzanita beach was Patricia's favorite place. Patricia will be remembered for having the greenest of thumbs and proud of her beautiful flower beds.  She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Patricia is survived by her sister Jacquelyn Cox (Currin), her son William Ramsour (Julia), daughter Heidi Haley (Todd), four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
